Our philosophy is to tailor our services to fit your needs. We've listed some of the most commonly requested options below for your convenience. Additional services are available upon request.

Commonly Requested Options

• Add $30 if your photo of your Port Ludlow home or lot is not in digital format. We scan from prints, negatives, or slides.
• Add $40 an hour if you want us to take the photo(s) of your home. Normally for one hour of service we can take a half dozen or so photos of the exterior of your home, post them in a private area on a photo sharing service, and let you select the photo you wish.
• Add $40 if you would like your custom page to link to a copy of your promotional flyer in PDF format. You supply a good quality hard copy of the flyer with no creases in the paper. We scan your flyer, convert it to PDF format, provide the storage space for it, and link to it from your custom page.
• Add $40 to $200 if you want us to create a promotional flyer for you. The lesser amount would be for a simple one page flyer that you give us an outline and a layout for.
• Add $40 to $200 or an amount to be negotiated for a slideshow so potential purchasers can see larger copies of the photos of your property without negatively impacting the load time for your page. See the Beach Club page for an example of a short slide show.
• Add $40 to $200 or an amount to be negotiated for rollovers so potential purchasers can enjoy interactivity (along with fast page load times) while they view larger copies of the photos of your Port Ludlow home. See the page on the Etchells for an example of rollovers.
• Add $40 to $200 or an amount to be negotiated if you want us to do the copywriting.

Note: The prices and terms of presenting your property on this web site are subject to change without notice. Any agreements previously negotiated, including renewal cost, will remain in force indefinately at the price agreed upon prior to any subsequent price changes, until the property is sold as long as you renew the featuring on time.
